This includes discussing your issue you want help with in full detail. To establish in detail where you are now and what we need to achieve to go forward. Teaching you Self hypnosis, and a general relaxation hypnotherapy session.  

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Price:    £55 

The number of sessions required will depend on the issue being dealt with.  This will be discussed in the Full Consultation. 

 Duration: 1 hour 

 Price:    £60

  A session to simply unwind. To ease stress and tension.  

Duration:: 50 minutes to an hour  

Price  £40
